Terms of Service

Payments will ONLY be done through Paypal. No exceptions will be made.50% of the commission MUST be paid up front before I start working on the commission.Refunds will only be given if I have not started the work in a timely manner or if up to 3 wips (MAX) are not up to your expectations. Full refunds will not be given if the commission has not been worked on, once any progress has been made, only partial refunds will be given (up to 75%, this percentage is subject to change based on the circumstances of the project).If I need to cancel the commission, a full refund will be given.Rush Delivery Fees constitute deadlines that are under 1-3 weeks depending on the video tier.Prices are all subject to change based on complexity/time.Commissions by default are NOT for commercial use. You must disclose whether or not your project will be used commercially or not.I MUST be credited in full with my alias (JAEY) either my twitter and/or youtube link. Do NOT use or include my commission website portfolio as my credit link, please only use my twitter and/or youtube.Revisions once the final video is complete are permitted under certain circumstances. If you wish for a font change or minor changes / effect fixes, these are OK! Please ask me beforehand about this if you are concerned.I have the right to refuse any commission or cancel if my TOS have been violated or if I feel I am being treated poorly / not reaching your satisfaction.All assets must be provided before I start working. I do not do art commissions through this account.Lyrics must be provided (colour coded/singers indicated if the project is anything greater than a solo). This must be given on a google docs. Lyrics in the original language MUST be provided in the doc either after the main script, on the side of the main script or handing me the script with only the original language lyrics in it.I must be given a list of credits for all people who have worked on the project (if applicable).I will only use client-provided assets, assets of my own creation, and free-use assets. If this is a commercial-use video, special arrangements need to be made in regards to assets to ensure full legal clarity.

Tiers & Order form

Puppeting $20 per sprite. Max 5 sprites. Any more than 5 will not be accepted.P/30 seconds refers to the extra price for every 30 seconds that exceed my 3 minute audio limit.

Have a special request that isn't an MV? Ask me! I'm always open to new projects. Please contact me about streaming assets. Stingers are the only asset I DON'T do.
